I thought up the idea for a console style controller with a trackball on the right  about a year ago. I&#039;m mostly a console gamer but a friend got me into counterstrike. Needless to say I was owned nightly. Keyboards are not made for gaming not even gaming keydoards. I don&#039;t care what anyone says. Everyone I told thought it was brilliant. I thought i was the first to think of it until i researched it a few weeks ago and found the paradox. As far as I know its the only true console trackball controller. I didn&#039;t care. I wanted to own it. But then i found this site and my hope was cruched. Since then I&#039;ve been to every game shop I know of and noone has ever heard of it. But they all agree that its an awsome idea. Did you guys even try? I have never seen an ad or buzz about the controller. Neither has any of my hardcore gaming buddies. this is the future. this eliminates a block between pc and console gamers. Console/ pc ports could play in the same rooms online on a level playing field. A console interface could truly be like a computer. Who wouldn&#039;t think thats cool. I know its been like a year since last post or news but if anyone&#039;s listening I want my trackball controller. If you&#039;re short on preorders you have me and my friends now. If you think there&#039;s not a market you&#039;re looking in the wrong place.</description>

The White Fusion thing was only going to work properly with the PS2 because UT supported mouse input, hence the dual cord ends. Games handle absolute/relative analog inputs rather separately, you&#039;d have to turn the sensitivity way up and even then you&#039;d possibly lose all fine control by flat-out replacing the right analog stick with a trackball.

The best idea so far, I think, would be simply getting something like this going for PC. And if you&#039;re going to do that, why just put R3 in-between R1 and R2, instead put one of those Logitech scroll wheels there, so it would be like the impossible lovechild of a Dual Shock and a Trackman Marble Wheel.</description>

I saw that Splitfish hade a prototyp of a trackball gampad as well (GlideFX), but with a completely different layout, sadly. I&#039;t would be nice if bodielobus gamepad gets in production, but I highly doubt that it will.</description>
